Check-in Check-out

ARRIVAL: On the day of arrival, rooms will be available from 2:00 PM.
If you expect to arrive after 9:00 PM, please kindly let us know in advance.
DEPARTURE: On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM.

Times

-Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
-If you wish to leave early in the morning, we will prepare a packed breakfast for you the evening before, upon request by 7:00 PM.
-For guests on half-board, dinner is served from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
-A packed lunch for mountain excursions can be requested by 7:00 PM.

Payments

We accept cash (in accordance with current legislation), credit or debit cards (VISA, MAESTRO, MASTERCARD, CARTASÌ, AMERICAN EXPRESS), bank transfer in advance, or checks (Italian checks only).

Tourist Tax

The tourist tax is € 1.50 per person per day for the first 5 days (children up to 10 years of age are exempt from the tourist tax).

Bar and Drinks

All drinks consumed at the bar or restaurant are always excluded from the packages we offer.

Cancellation

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge only in writing, up to 5 days before arrival. For cancellations, we offer the option of using the deposit amount for a stay during another agreed period. For later cancellations, we will assess each case individually.

Mountain Bike Rental

Bicycles can be rented free of charge by Hotel guests; the Hotel declines all liability. They may not be transported by car.

Internet

If you wish to connect to the Internet, you can request the password for the Hotel Miravalle Wi-Fi network, available throughout the property.

Outdoor Parking

Parking is free of charge, subject to availability, and reserved exclusively for Hotel guests.

Pets

We accept small dogs up to 15 kg, only in certain rooms. Thank you for your understanding.
A supplement of € 10.00 per day applies for dogs, meals excluded.

EV Charging

The hotel offers guests and non-guests 2 TYPE 2 charging points at 7.4 kW; the price per kWh varies according to market conditions. Please contact reception for information.
